How to Book

Regal Air takes reservations on a first come first serve basis. At the time of reservation we consider all reservations to be firm and final, and any changes or cancellations to be subject to penalty. Most reservations require a 50% deposit. To find out more about the deposit and cancellation policy please see below. To make a reservation we will need the following information from you:

Full name of all passengers – If it is a family reservation or one person acting as an agent we only need the reserving parties name.

Phone number – preferably a cell phone you will have with you in Alaska (all cell service providers now work within the city of Anchorage, and most other towns in Alaska)

Approximate weights of each passenger – This can be given as a group weight, in pounds or kilograms

Deposit information – A credit card or confirmation of a mailed check

Reservations can be made via phone or email, whichever you prefer. Regal Air finds that an email reservation can be beneficial to all parties, but we are more than happy to take your reservation over the phone. Please contact us today to make your reservation.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy

Regal Air requires a 50% deposit to hold a reservation. We consider the deposit non-refundable at the time of reservation; however, Regal Air will try to be flexible in the event of a cancellation. Cancellation with less than 2 weeks prior to the flight and the deposit is completely non-refundable. Cancellation with less than 48 hours prior to the flight and 100% of the flight will be billed.
