Regal Air is an air taxi only. We are not guides. Regal Air is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury to any person while they are involved in any activities in the outdoors, including but not limited to boating, fishing, bear viewing, hunting, camping, or hiking. In remote locations there are no medical facilities or services available. Additionally we are not responsible or liable for any cancellations, expenses or delays incurred as a result of conditions over which we have no control. Regal Air reserves the right to withdraw and/or cancel any excursion offered at any time and make changes and alterations in itinerary as may be found necessary for safety of our passengers, crew, and aircraft.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

Regal Air requires a 50% deposit to hold a reservation. We consider the deposit non-refundable at the time of reservation; however, Regal Air will try to be flexible in the event of a cancellation. Cancellation with less than 2 weeks prior to the flight and the deposit is completely non-refundable.  Cancellation with less than 48 hours prior to the flight and 100% of the flight will be billed.

Privacy Statement
Regal Air highly respects the privacy of every individual and entity that visits our website.  All information collected by Regal Air's staff will remain in the sole possession of Regal Air, will not be shared, distributed, published or sold to any external persons or entity without expressed written permission from the individual or entity.  Regal Air takes very seriously the privacy of our customers and visitors, if you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us.
